Mobile Retail Units at Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill

Do you have a mobile retail store that offers customers a cool and unique experience? Then bring it to the Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill! A limited number of Mobile Retail Vendors can be accommodated for the 2024 Event. All Mobile Vendors’ location to be mutually agreed upon. Mobile units will be accommodated on a case-by-case, first come first serve basis, and will be placed based on the size and any other unique factors. Pricing will be based on unit dimensions and details.

How to apply
Click here to submit your preliminary information through Sharuku. A refundable booth deposit will be required at the time of submission. Deposit will be refunded immediately if the application is not approved.

Payment & Billing
A $200 refundable deposit is required with your application and will be returned post-event. Deposits will not be refunded in instances of any violation of the Retail Vendor Terms & Conditions, including booth space not being left fully clean and empty by the move-out deadline of 5:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2024. If your preliminary information application is approved, you will receive an email and will then be able to login to Sharuku to purchase your booth, any requested add-ons, and provide further information about your needs. Payment in-full for booth space will be required at this time. If your application is not accepted, a refund will be posted.
