Local Beer, Wine & Spirits Expo 2024 Application
Please fill out the form to be considered for a spot at the 2024 Local Beer, Wine and Spirits Expo hosted by Elk River Brewing Company. A $50 entry fee is required for all participating vendors. If you have any questions about the form, contact Jake at jake@sportcorpmaryland.us. If you have any questions about the event, contact Lee Lewis at Lee@elkriverbrewing.com.
Please be as specific as possible and include all of the products that your company is planning to offer at the event.
Please provide the best point of contact for the event if it is different than the main point of contact for your company.

State law requires participating businesses to have an off-site permit at our event.

Click Here for off-site permit application. Vendors must complete & submit an off-site permit application prior to Oct 15th. A copy of the permit must also be on display at the event. Download the pdf, complete the form, and mail it to the address listed on the bottom of the form

All businesses included in the Local Beer, Wine, and Spirits Expo must submit an entry deposit of $50.00

Special Event Vendor Promotion Program: 

Any vendor who posts and/or shares promotional information about the event a minimum of two (2) times (once announcing their participation at the event and once the week of the event) will receive a refund on their deposit. Vendors must use our approved advertising materials for said promotions. Vendors may share about the event on social media via their official company platform(s), on their official company website and/or via email marketing to their company's mailing list. Proof of shared information will be required for refund. Please send all documentation proof to Jake Klein at jake@sportcorpmaryland.us
